On Friday, April 5, 2024, the US-ASEAN Business Council (US-ABC), and the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) finalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing a framework for cooperation and collaboration. The MOU was signed by ULAP’s National President, Quirino province Governor Dakila Carlo “Dax” Cua and by USABC's Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director, Ambassador Brian McFeeters (ret.).
