On 31 May 2024, the Philippine Army and the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) led by its President Gov. Dax Cua came together in Fort Bonifacio for a strategic briefing on the current security situation of the country, the Philippine Army Reserve Force Development, and other programs. This event marks a significant step towards reinforcing the partnership between our military and local government units across the country.

Present during the strategic briefing were key officials from the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) and its member leagues. These included:

The Security Session Briefing, Philippine Army updates, and Reserve Force Development were presented by Col. Edmund Paul R. Delos Santos, Col. Jason V. Jumawan, Col. Arnel Bautista, respectively. This partnership underscores our commitment to work together for a more resilient and secure Philippines.
