Raul Corro proudly represented ULAP during the ceremonial signing of the Joint Circular on the Harmonization of Public Financial Management Processes at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Quezon City on April 3, 2024. Joining esteemed leaders such as DILG Secretary Benjamin Abalos, Jr., DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, and representatives from NEDA, DOF, DBM, as well as associations of local Budget Officers, Local Planning and Development Officers, and Local Assessors officers, this event marked a crucial step towards enhancing governance efficiency.
