The Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines joins its partners in the Coalitions for Change in its year-end workshop, mapping out gains and directions in moving forward in 2014.
The Coalitions for Change, convened by the AUSAID-The Asia Foundation partnership in the Philippines, is concerned with institutionalizing educational reforms through capacity-building and policy support for Local School Board. Under this engagement phase in 2013, ULAP conducted local consultation workshops on education needs and concerns, and the Local Education Policy Workshop with local chief executives.
