ULAP Resolution No. 2017-21: A resolution requesting President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to direct the Department of Budget Management (DBM) to include an Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) adjustment fund in the FY 2018 National Expenditure Program (NEP) to restore the decrease in the 2017 IRA share of 61 Provinces, 97 Cities, 956 Municipalities, and majority of the Barangays as a result of the IRA adjustments implemented by DBM when it used the 2015 Census of Population in Local Budget Memorandum (LBM) 74-A instead of the 2010 Census of Population in LBM 74 which was initially used by Local Government Units as basis in preparing their respective annual budgets for FY 2017
